Calgary Expo 2013

In 2013, SALUG displayed again at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, this year we decided to try something new, where we used standard 9v Lego train components and embedded them into the terrain, allowing us to have a fully automated and moving display! We built the iconic Battle of Endor scene from Star Wars, where we had a moving speeder bike chase! We also custom built a mirror box to re-create the space battle above Endor! Will the rebels get the shield generator down in time? Will SALUG ever stop putting a TARDIS into a Star Wars display? Check the gallery of pictures to find out!”
